Coordinator's Responsibilities


  • Planning and updating  the term project web page for the current semester
  • Announcing the offered projects
  • TP distribution and announcement
  • Updating the information related to the CTP210 projects given in the current semester on the web site
  • Collecting the performance grades from supervisors at the end of each week
  • Updating the performance grades of team members
  • Meeting with team members about the preliminary investigation form details
  • Meeting with team members about the analysis phase and details of the report to be submitted by the teams at the end of analysis phase.
  • Grading and assigning the analysis reports and survey files
  • Meeting with team members about the design phase and details of the reports to be submitted by the teams at the end of design phase and the presentation
  • Grading and assigning the design reports and survey files
  • Coordination of design phase implementation
  • Assigning the design presentation performance grades
  • Meeting with team members about the implementation phase and details of the manuals to be submitted by the teams at the end of implementation phase and the presentation
  • Interviewing with each team together with the supervisor to determine part of the implementation phase performance grade
  • Grading the coding style of each team together with the supervisor
  • Grading the manuals and assigning the grades
  • Coordination of implementation phase
  • Assigning the presentation performance grades
  • Calculating the overall grades and assigning the letter grades
  • Submitting all the documents collected from the teams during the semester to the department
