Supervisor Responsibilities


  • Proposing projects and survey topics
  • Scheduling the weekly meeting  (2 hours/week) and  office hours (2 hours/week)
  • Filling the weekly progress form each week during  the meeting
  • Grading team membersí performances after each meeting
  • Submitting Weekly progress Reports to the coordinator weekly
  • Motivating, assigning weekly duties, guiding for better performance
  • Helping team members for duty distribution
  • Interviewing with each team together with the project coordinator to determine part of the implementation phase performance grade
  • Grading the coding style of each team together with the project coordinator
